The more information that is on your profile the more likely patients are to book! Add some key highlights and a description of your service to attract more patients
Attracting patients to your clinic requires a complete profile! This means taking advantage of all the fields Medimap offers. One of the most important ones is the "Facility Bio" section. This is where you should highlight any key differentiators or things that patients need to know before they book!
Is your practice award winning? Do you have talented practitioners that you want to highlight? Here is the spot! You can also use this field to call out any services that you do or do not cater to. For instance, if you cannot prescribe medication or if your practice is only virtual, this could also go in the facility bio.
The good news is that it's really easy to update or change! Follow the steps below:
- Login to the Practice Portal at https://medimap.ca/clinic-login
- On the left side menu and select "Facility Profile"
- Scroll down to the "Facility Bio" section and select the text box.
- Fill in any clinic details that you want to highlight or call out.
- Select "Save"
- Your changes will be reflected on your Medimap profile and your profile is one step closer to complete!
