Patients rely on Medimap to have accurate hours for clinics, including around the holidays. If your clinic is planning on closing for any upcoming holidays (or you know of specific days that your clinic will be closed), you can follow the steps below
1. Log into your Medimap account at https://medimap.ca/Clinic-Login. (If you don't have your login credentials, please send us an email at support@medimap.ca and we will be happy to provide them to you)
2. Select "Operating Hours" in the navigation panel on the left-hand side of the screen, or click here.
3. Scroll down to the "Holiday Closures" section.
4. Select the day(s) on the calendar that you will be closed.
5. Click "Update" to save the closure(s)
Note: The clinic will show as closed to patients for the selected date(s) and return to your default operating hours the following week.
