If you need to update your wait time information using the Medimap desktop reminder app or want to make any changes on your clinic profile but can't remember your password, please follow the steps below on how to reset it.
Please note: This only applies to walk-in clinics that have the blue "M" icon desktop reminder app. If you have the red cross one, please contact support@medimap.ca for assistance.
1. Go to the clinic login page HERE
2. Click on the "I forgot my password" that can be found below the blue login button

3. Once you click this, you will be taken into a new page view where you will have to enter your email address. If you are unsure which email address to enter, please contact support@medimap.ca for assistance.

4. Check your email inbox from Support for a verification code. This could take a few minutes and make sure to also check your junk mail in case you do not see an email from us after a few minutes has passed.

5. Enter the verification code on the required field as well as your new password of choice and confirm it once you're done.

You should now be able to login to your clinic portal and update your wait time information when needed. Please make sure to save or make a note of your password for future reference.
