How do I update my operating hours?

For Pharmacies and Medical Clinics, it's important to keep your operating hours up to date so that patients know when to visit!

This article only applies to Medical Clinics and Pharmacies 

Oftentimes, walk-in clinic hours can be highly variable. That's why Medimap gives you the control to adjust your hours as needed and ensure your patients know the best time to come to the clinic! 

  1. Login to the Practice Portal 
  2. In the left side menu, go to "Operating Hours" 
  3. Here you are able to adjust your hours on a day to day basis and account for lunch breaks, early closures, etc. 
  4. When your hours are reflected in the Practice Portal, select "Update Hours". These will be reflected on your Medimap profile. 
  5. You can also update holiday closures by choosing the date that your practice will be closed. 
  6. Select "Update" when your holiday closures have been submitted.
