We offer a search engine that shows your clinic based on a patient symptom search! Below is a video and a how-to article showing you how to select the symptoms you treat.
Medimap offers a unique search engine that allows patients to search for care by inputting their symptoms! For example, when a patient searches "Back pain", they will be directed towards physiotherapists, walk-in clinics, chiropractors etc. giving the patient discretion to choose a practitioner that suits their needs.
In order to ensure that these symptoms are mapped specifically to your care, we have a few simples steps. You can follow them below:
- Login to the Practice Portal at https://medimap.ca/clinic-login
- On the left side menu, select "Symptoms Supported"
- There are a number of symptoms available to select. Select any and all that apply to your practice!
- De-select any symptoms that you do not treat.
- Click "Save"
- Your profile will now show up when patients search for the symptoms that you have selected!
