How do I change the visit types that my practice accepts?

If you provide your service through multiple mediums, you are able to communicate this to the patients searching on Medimap.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, accepting patients over the phone or virtually has become more and more common! Update the "Scheduling Options" page in your Practice Portal to ensure patients know all the ways that you accept patients! 

1. Login to your Practice Portal at https://medimap.ca/clinic-login
2. Select "Scheduling Options" in the left side menu 
3. You will see the question "How do you deliver your services?" 
4. Answer appropriately and select if you deliver patient care in-person, over the phone, over video or as a home-care service. You can choose multiple answers. 
5. Select "Save" at the bottom of the page. 
6. Your answers will be reflected almost immediately on your Medimap profile!
