Display pricing information and accepted forms of payment on your listing

Let potential clients know what your consultation fees are and what payments are accepted at your practice!


These steps do not apply to Pharmacies or Medical Clinics. 

As a practice, you want to ensure that patients know what to expect. This is why you can enter the price range of your services and your accepted payment types. This way patients will not be surprised at the cost of a service or understand if their insurance is accepted! 

  1. Log into your practice portal at https://medimap.ca/Clinic-Login.

  2. Click on Pricing Info on the left side menu

  3.  If your practice offers a free initial consultation, you can press the toggle to 'Yes' next to 'Initial Consultation Free-of-charge?'
  4. Input the consultation fee into the 'Initial Consultation Price Range' fields. If there is no range, you can enter the price into 'From' field only. 

  5. Click on the 'Payment Type' field and check all the applicable forms of payment accepted at your clinic

  6. If you offer direct billing at your clinic, you can display which Insurance Companies are accepted

  7. Click "Save" 
  8. Your updated payment types and the price range will now be shown on your Medimap profile!
