How does my practice profile change if I am a medical clinic, pharmacy, or allied health provider?

You will notice slight differences in your Provider Portal experience depending what type of clinic you are!

Here at Medimap, we serve a diverse set of clientele from walk-in clinics, to family practice, to pharmacy, to massage therapists, to dieticians! That means that the needs of our clinics vary wildly!

In some of the FAQ videos, you may notice a slight difference in the user experience. For instance, our medical clinic users require the "Wait Time" and "Check-In" feature at the top of the Practice Portal (as seen in the below image):

Medical Clinic User Experience

This is not the same for pharmacies and our allied health clinics! You would simply see the below visual:

Allied Health User Experience

Other differences include the left side menu. Medical Clinics will have a section for Online Check-Ins and reporting, while Allied Health and Pharmacies will include links to their Leads page.

If you see something different than what's in the video, nothing is wrong! Your user experience is catered individually for your clinic and why these differences may appear.

We hope this isn't too confusing, but if it is please reach out to our support team at support@medimap.ca.
