Oftentimes we see clinics who have multiple listings on Medimap, this can mean they have multiple clinics or their clinic has more than one discipline (for example: a clinic who provides massage therapy, physiotherapy and chiropractics!)

Each clinic or discipline likely needs to showcase different information on their listing! That's why we allow you to toggle between your clinics or disciplines through the provider portal.

You can follow the steps below to make the switch!

Login to the Practice Portal at https://medimap.ca/clinic-login
Select the clinic you would like to start with upon login
When you've updated the required information, select "Switch Clinic" in the left side menu.
From here, you are able to switch between all clinics or disciplines in your account!
Update the information accordingly for ALL listings that you're responsible for.

How do I switch between my practice profiles?

If your clinic offers services in multiple disciplines or you own multiple locations, you'll need to update all profiles with the correct information (i.e. massage, chiro, physio etc.).
